How to cook Tapioca Pearls for Bubble Tea:
1 cup Tapioca Pearls (Bubble Tea Supply of course)
6-8 cups water
Approximately 6-10 servings
The ratio should be a minimum of 7:1, water to tapioca pearls.
Boil water in a large pot.
Add in the tapioca pearls to boiling water.
The tapioca pearls should float in the water.
Boil Bubble Tea Supply tapioca for 15 minutes with the cover on.
Turn the heat off and let Bubble Tea Supply tapioca sit in the water for 15 minutes.
Rinse the cooked tapioca pearls in warm water and drain out the water.
Cover with bubble tea sugar syrup or brown sugar and serve.
Note: This is for those that want to make Bubble Tea at home and don't want to wait an hour. What I do is boil the tapioca pearls for 15 minutes and let it sit for 15 minutes. I rinse the tapioca pearls and then place in a gallon zip loc bag flat. Store in the freezer flat. When I get the urge, I boil a cup of water and put a piece of the frozen tapioca pearls in for about 2-3 minutes. Rinse, cover in sugar syrup and serve. It usually lasts a few days before it gets too mushy. Enjoy!

How to cook Bubble Tea Sugar Syrup:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups water
Approximately 32-35 sixteen ounce servings
Mix sugar and water in a large pot.
Cook at medium to high heat.
Once the mixture boils remove from stove immediately.
Let cool and serve.
*Refrigerate any excess

How to make a Bubble Tea Flavor Powder Drink:
1 Scoop Bubble Tea Powder Flavor (Bubble Tea Supply of course)
1 Scoop non-dairy powder creamer
1 Scoop bubble tea sugar syrup
3/4 cup water
1 cup ice
2 fl. oz. of cooked Bubble Tea Tapioca Pearls
Makes one 16 oz. serving
Put all ingredients except tapioca into shaker and shake it up.
Make sure that the flavor powder and creamer is mixed well.
Add bubble tea tapioca pearls to a cup, and pour your drink over.
Put in your big fat bubble tea straw and enjoy.
*Add more flavor powder and creamer for thicker drink.

How to make a Boba (bubble tea) Fresh Fruit Drink:
The best tasting fresh fruit drinks include strawberry, watermelon, mango, red bean (adzuki), and papaya.
1 cup fresh fruit
1/2 cup milk
1 Scoop bubble tea sugar syrup
1 cup ice
2 fl. oz. cup of cooked Bubble Tea Tapioca Pearls
Put all ingredients except bubble tea tapioca pearls into a blender and blend well.
Make sure that the fruits are grinded into the milkshake.
Add bubble tea tapioca pearls to a cup, and pour your drink over.
Put in your big fat bubble tea straw and enjoy.

How to make a Bubble Tea Powder Fresh Fruit Drink:
1 Scoop Bubble Tea Flavor Powder
1 Scoop non-dairy powder creamer
1 Scoop bubble tea sugar syrup
1/2 cup fresh fruit
1/4 cup crushed ice
2 fl. oz. of cooked Bubble Tea Tapioca Pearls
Put bubble tea flavor powder, creamer sugar syrup and fresh fruit into the blender for 20 seconds or until blended well.
Blend the drink less if you like little pieces of fruit.
Add tapioca pearls to a cup, and pour your drink over.
Put in your big fat bubble tea straw and enjoy.

How to make a Pearl Milk Tea
This can be made with black, green, oolong, chai, or yerba mate. The most popular are black tea and green jasmine tea.
3/4 cup tea
1 Scoop non-dairy powder creamer
1 Scoop bubble tea sugar syrup
1 cup ice
2 fl. oz. of cooked Bubble Tea Tapioca Pearls
Put hot tea, creamer and bubble tea sugar syrup in shaker and mix well.
Add in ice, cover shaker and shake for a nice froth.
Add tapioca pearls to a cup, and pour your drink over.
Put in your big fat bubble tea straw and enjoy.

How to make Bubble Tea Supply's Instant Thai Tea:
2 scoops Bubble Tea Supply's Instant Thai Tea powder
8 oz. of warm or hot water
Dilute Bubble Tea Supply's Instant Thai Tea powder in 8 oz. of warm or hot water.
** Can use more water if it's too sweet.
Add bubble tea pearls to a cup and pour your drink over ice or enjoy warm.

How to make Bubble Tea Supply's Royal Black Tea by the gallon:
1/4 cup royal black tea leaves
3/4 to 1 gallon of water
2 cups creamer
1 to 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
Boil water. Steep 1/4 cup royal black tea leaves in a tea net or tea strainer for 15 minutes.
Remove tea leaves and mix in creamer and brown sugar using whisk to help with mixing.
** Note: Use 3/4 gallon of water for stronger tea. The brown sugar sweetens it so using 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar will be sweet and tasty!
